Founded in 2015, HA Builder began as a renovation construction firm solely employed by Affirmed Housing.  In 2017, HA Builder broke out of that mold with the ground up construction of the award-winning community, Cypress, in downtown San Diego.  Lead by President, Micah Spano, HA Builder is rapidly growing in the production of high quality, efficiently built housing.
